As a Global Acquisition Coordinator at Passage, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth by onboarding and activating new recruitment partners globally. Your primary focus will be to identify and engage high-performing agencies, integrating them into the Passage platform. This position is perfectly suited for a results-oriented B2B sales manager with extensive experience in the study abroad sector.

What You Will Do
Partner Acquisition
Identify, promote, and onboard global recruitment agents to the Passage platform.
Enhance Passage’s market presence in designated regions.
Act as the primary liaison, providing training and initial operational support.
Ensure partners effectively utilize Passage's digital tools and adhere to compliance and KYC standards.
Activation Management
Own and achieve quarterly activation targets.
Design and implement partner acquisition and activation strategies, including visits, training sessions, marketing initiatives, and industry events.
Track partner activation using CRM analytics and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal sales, admissions, and marketing teams to drive success.
What You Bring
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in partner acquisition or related roles.
