The Opportunity
This role transcends the typical benefits management position; it involves the exciting challenge of constructing a global benefits framework that directly serves Banyan's headquarters and group programs while overseeing the PEOs and vendor partnerships managing benefits for over 100 operating companies worldwide. Our operations span multiple countries, and with our frequent acquisitions, we seek a candidate who can simplify complexity and execute effectively at a global scale.
At Banyan Software, we focus on acquiring vertical market software companies for long-term growth rather than short-term resale. This commitment ensures that our portfolio companies and the relationships with their employees endure. You will take ownership of the benefits strategy and execution on both HQ and Group levels, while also overseeing relationships with PEOs and vendors managing benefits at operating companies. Your role will enhance the employee experience, ensure consistency across the portfolio, and lead a small team of Benefits Coordinators. Collaborating closely with regional HR Business Partners, you will implement localized programs. Reporting to our General Counsel means you will deliver programs grounded in governance, compliance, and risk management while ensuring they provide real value to employees.
