Role Overview
As Harvey continues to grow across the EMEA and APAC regions, our benefits programs must evolve in tandem. We are seeking a Global Benefits Program Manager to take ownership of the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of benefits and leave programs across our international markets, ensuring that every employee—regardless of their location—has access to competitively designed, thoughtful benefits.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and operational execution. You will create new programs from the ground up, revamp existing programs that no longer meet our needs, and ensure a consistent employee experience across a variety of countries and regulatory landscapes. You will become the trusted resource for our international employees, making benefits feel localized and relevant—not just a U. S. program with an international label.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with U. S.-based benefits program managers to maintain global consistency and actively participate in U. S. workstreams—including open enrollment and communications—to align with our global strategy.
