About the job

The Global Compensation Program Manager at Arc'teryx Equipment Inc. leads the design and management of job architecture and related programs across our global operations. This role shapes our work structures, supports career growth, and upholds internal equity as the organization expands. The manager develops and updates governance frameworks, creates approval processes, and acts as the main evaluator for senior-level job classifications and compensation packages. This work directly supports fairness, consistency, and the integrity of our compensation programs, while ensuring we meet our pay transparency and governance commitments.

Location and Work Arrangement

This position is primarily based at our corporate office in North Vancouver, BC. Flexible arrangements are available, including hybrid or remote work options. All candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
