Role Overview: Global Data Analyst Intern
Based in Nairobi, Kenya, the Global Data Analyst Intern works with cross-country datasets to develop core data products. The focus is on building reliable dashboards and reports that inform decisions throughout the organization. This work helps advance One Acre Fund’s mission to deliver larger harvests, healthier families, and improved soil for smallholder farmers.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support analytics for multiple teams.
- Document and verify dashboards and reports for accuracy and long-term use.
- Monitor how tools are used and make ongoing improvements to ensure they remain useful and trusted.
- Manage daily operations of the tech service desk, ensuring effective and high-quality support.
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly to keep operations running smoothly.
