Your Core Responsibilities:
Manage and evolve IMC’s global L&D portfolio, ensuring that programs align with business strategy and anticipated capability needs.
Oversee the operations of global L&D programs, including needs analysis, resource allocation, program delivery, communications, evaluation, reporting, content evolution, and vendor management.
Facilitate cross-regional execution, managing timelines, milestones, and dependencies effectively.
Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to guarantee high-quality, timely delivery of programs.
Leverage data and feedback to continuously enhance and scale impactful learning solutions.
Demonstrate strong project management skills, including tracking work plans, prioritizing effectively, keeping stakeholders informed, and escalating issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with policies, programs, and guidelines while managing exceptions and escalations.
Contribute to additional HR and IMC initiatives as required.
Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D, talent development, or related program leadership roles.
Extensive experience managing complex, multi-regional programs within a matrixed, high-growth environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse levels and geographies.
Strong foundation in adult learning principles and instructional design.
Outstanding project management, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
