BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.1+ year experience working abroad or managing operations outside the United States.1+ year of experience utilizing analytical skills (e.g., proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel modeling, etc.). PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Proven success in a complex, fast-paced environment with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

GLOBAL OPERATIONS MANAGER, EUROPE (COUNTRY LAUNCH)

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in providing high-speed broadband globally through Starlink. This position merges traditional business planning and analysis with strategic decision-making and execution, directly supporting the leadership team at Starlink. The Global Operations team is crucial to daily operations, ensuring both immediate execution and long-term strategic planning. Team members are expected to conduct thorough data analysis, deliver actionable insights, and lead cross-functional initiatives to implement these recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create a detailed execution plan to address market demands for initial access and rapid operational expansion.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including activation timelines, product accessibility, and operational health in live markets.
  • Oversee planning and resource allocation for specific Starlink verticals, including business model development.
  • Identify and advocate for initiatives to enhance Starlink's business landscape, collaborating closely with leadership on business initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of process and system improvements to enhance team interactions, customer experience, and scalability while managing resources effectively.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to build strong networks and ensure compliance with market requirements.
  • Educate and support internal stakeholders on market timelines and requirements, working collectively to achieve organizational goals.
