Role overview
The Global Operations Manager position is part of the Global Escalations team within the Member Experience organization, based in Dublin, Ireland. This team protects and supports users worldwide across Match Group’s portfolio. The role centers on handling member escalations tied to Trust & Safety and support policies for all company dating products.
What you will do
- Investigate and resolve escalated issues, including safety concerns, abuse reports, technical bugs, and app functionality problems.
- Make sure Tinder’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service are followed.
- Promote the ongoing safety and well-being of users across several platforms.
Work arrangement
This role is based in the Dublin office. The team meets in person three days a week, supporting the idea that strong work relationships often grow through real-life collaboration.
