Join our ALD team in Phoenix as a Global Product Support Engineering Manager, where you will take on a pivotal leadership role at the intersection of innovation, customer success, and global manufacturing excellence.

If you are an ALD expert who excels in solving complex, high-impact challenges and can influence the performance of cutting-edge tools globally, this position places you at the heart of ASM's operations.


Your Mission

As the Manager I, Global Product Support, you will define the performance of ASM's ALD tools at scale, spanning fabs, regions, and customers worldwide. You will spearhead global initiatives that enhance yield optimization, tool reliability, and systemic improvements, while establishing methodologies that set ASM standards and influence the broader semiconductor industry.

This is a high-visibility, customer-facing leadership role where your technical acumen, strategic insight, and leadership will reinforce ASM’s reputation as a trusted technology partner.


What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will act as both a technical authority and global leader, addressing some of ASM’s most critical challenges:

  • Lead and standardize global support methodologies across multiple sites and shifts
  • Own complex incident investigations
