Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor who will lead our team of GSOC operators in providing exceptional customer service and effective incident management. This pivotal role includes the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for GSOC systems monitoring, incident response, and escalation processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in incident response, crisis management, and technical troubleshooting of physical security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of GSOC operators in monitoring and responding to physical security incidents.
Create and enforce emergency management protocols to enhance response capabilities.
Collaborate with Risk Intelligence, IT, and InfoSec departments to ensure effective incident response.
Conduct regular training sessions and drills to ensure GSOC staff readiness for incidents.
Work closely with the Security Systems team to report issues, troubleshoot, and identify new tool use cases.
Foster a culture of customer service excellence within the GSOC team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in GSOC operations.
Strong understanding of physical security systems.
Proven experience in leading incident response for physical security issues.
Experience in training GSOC operators effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Strong collaborative skills to ensure timely installation and troubleshooting of systems.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Adept at assessing risk and making informed decisions during high-pressure incidents.
Skilled in developing and conducting incident after-action reviews.
