Your Role
- Oversee the entire hardware lifecycle from conception to delivery across Otter’s diverse hardware portfolio, including POS systems, kiosks, kitchen displays, and lockers.
- Develop and maintain strategic vendor partnerships, shaping both short-term and long-term visions for hardware products.
- Ensure timely manufacturing and adherence to quality standards through comprehensive oversight of FATP processes and readiness protocols.
- Lead supply planning and optimization initiatives, conducting thorough analysis and facilitating alignment among stakeholders for all hardware products.
- Establish performance metrics and risk management systems that provide executive-level insights into supply chain efficiency and operational performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, Support, and Operations to translate business needs into actionable hardware plans and market readiness strategies.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for the hardware organization, ensuring efficient operations and scalability to support Otter’s growth ambitions.
