THE ROLE
As a key member of our Global Operations team, the Global Supply Chain Manager will serve as the backbone of our manufacturing efforts worldwide. You will ensure supply continuity and operational excellence within our Contract Manufacturer (CM) network, functioning as the main execution liaison to meet revenue and operational goals. This vital position requires extensive collaboration with New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering, and Quality teams to guarantee the smooth delivery of our Everpure™ Platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing readiness keeps pace with our global innovations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee comprehensive supply chain execution for all production activities, managing the Clear to Build (CTB) process to secure manufacturing preparedness and maintain supply continuity that aligns with ambitious revenue and forecast targets.
- Champion operational excellence and risk management across the CM network, concentrating on strategic KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, yield enhancement, and cost-effective strategies.
- Act as the primary escalation manager for CM and supply chain execution challenges, crafting and implementing effective production strategies from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End-of-Life (EOL).
- Design and execute supply and demand variability strategies, proactively spotting potential material risks and driving enhancements in processes both internally and with CM partners to maximize efficiency and minimize risks in the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (NPI, Planning, Quality, Engineering) to synchronize operational execution with product and business strategies, ensuring the application of consistent standards and best practices on a global scale.
