THE ROLE

We are seeking a Global Support Specialist (GSS) who will manage critical customer dissatisfaction cases and uphold our company's reputation. This role serves as an escalation point, addressing complex issues from public profiles, executive escalations, and significant customer complaints.

The GSS will be instrumental in resolving disputes, restoring trust, and contributing to continuous improvement through insightful analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Engage in proactive communication through various channels to facilitate de-escalation.
  • Take ownership of resolving customer dissatisfaction issues.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of service breakdowns to enhance operational performance by identifying underlying patterns.
  • Exercise accountability in decision-making regarding compensation and negotiation resolutions.
  • Accurately document cases to provide actionable feedback.
