Role Overview

As the Global Total Rewards Manager, you will uphold the integrity of Platform Science's compensation framework. You will oversee the daily operations of our global rewards programs across North America, LATAM, and Europe. Your primary goal is to ensure the accurate administration of our $100M+ labor budget, providing essential data that empowers our leadership to make informed, strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Execution: Lead the annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles while ensuring the complete accuracy of our Workbooks, including formulas, eligibility, and budget allocations prior to submission to the Finance team.
  • Data Stewardship: Maintain our global job architecture and salary ranges within Workday, ensuring our data serves as the 'Single Source of Truth' for the organization.
  • M&A Support: Facilitate the accurate compensation mapping for newly acquired teams, ensuring a seamless transition into Platform Science's unified 'One Team' structure.
  • Compliance Oversight: Oversee global pay transparency and manage audits for FLSA and retirement plans (401k/RRSP) to ensure full compliance in all operational jurisdictions.
  • Vendor & System Optimization: Serve as the primary contact for all benefit vendors and HR systems, continuously seeking improvements.
