As a GTM Intern, you will play a vital role in our sales operations, leveraging data, creativity, and determination to make a significant impact on our customers.
We embrace a hybrid work model, requiring team members to collaborate in our Munich office three days a week.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with B2B prospects in the construction sector through proactive outreach to generate interest and schedule introductory calls.
Leverage various channels (LinkedIn, email, phone) to identify potential clients, craft outreach campaigns, and engage with key decision-makers.
Contribute to comstruct’s Go-to-Market strategies by conducting research on new customer segments, analyzing target markets, and assisting in refining our sales approach.
Collaborate with the GTM team to monitor results, enhance CRM data quality, and optimize lead generation processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and digitalization initiatives in the construction field.
Qualifications for Success
Genuine interest in B2B software sales and enthusiasm for startups, SaaS, and digital transformation.
Proactive and inquisitive approach, eager to learn about Go-to-Market and Sales strategies in rapidly growing companies.
Analytical and organized work style, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities in both German (C2 level required) and English, with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay is advantageous but not mandatory.
Team-oriented mindset – you are motivated to take initiative and contribute to a growing organization.
