Role Overview
As the Google Ads / SEM Manager, you will be instrumental in fueling NPHub’s growth through the strategic management and optimization of our paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, implement, and oversee paid media campaigns across Google and Bing, focusing on driving NP student acquisition and attracting NP candidates.
● Conduct daily campaign optimizations to achieve performance metrics such as ROAS and lead generation, modifying bids, audiences, creatives, and strategies as necessary.
● Work collaboratively with content and creative teams to ensure the production of captivating, brand-aligned ad materials for all campaigns.
● Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and growth opportunities.
● Manage and adjust budgets to maximize resource efficiency across various platforms.
● Remain informed on emerging PPC trends and integrate best practices into ongoing campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
