What Are We Doing?

Kaizo utilizes gamification and machine learning to transform the daily work experience of customer support agents, making it more engaging, enjoyable, and productive.
Our entire infrastructure operates on Google Cloud Platform, managing Kubernetes clusters that process over 200 million events daily, with data flowing through Kafka streams and stored in Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
Our cloud architecture adheres to GCP best practices, creating a robust, auto-scaling infrastructure that supports our microservices ecosystem and data processing pipelines.
What Will You Do?
Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions in a dynamic startup environment.
Manage and optimize GCP services for peak performance.
Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
Collaborate with development teams to architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
Monitor system performance, implement observability solutions, and ensure high availability across all services.
Assess infrastructure needs, recommend enhancements to our cloud architecture, and have the freedom to implement innovative solutions.
Implement and uphold security best practices to maintain a secure cloud environment, including IAM policies, network security, and compliance frameworks.
