Your Responsibilities

Assist customers in building, migrating, and optimizing cloud environments using AWS and/or Azure.
Help resolve technical incidents and service requests, gaining insights into troubleshooting cloud-based systems.
Learn and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate and standardize deployments.
Support cloud migrations, automation, and DevOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to the development and upkeep of coding, implementation, and design standards.
