Role Overview:

As a Graduate Engineer, you will work under the guidance of experienced mentors in one of our key departments: Design (FSC Range), Construction Site Management (FSC Link / Projects), or Environmental Management (FSC Enviro). This role provides a unique opportunity to experience all aspects of infrastructure delivery and learn the essentials in a collaborative environment alongside some of the industry’s leading engineers. You will collaborate with both clients and FSC team members to plan, design, and execute projects across Australia.

In addition to your primary team, you will have the chance to rotate through all of FSC’s departments:

  • FSC Link/Projects – Construction Site Management
  • FSC Range – Technical Consulting and Design
  • FSC Enviro – Environmental Project Management

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate in civil, structural, or environmental engineering who is set to complete their studies by the end of 2026.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
  • A genuine care for team collaboration;
  • A strong analytical mindset;
  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a systems-oriented approach; and
  • A passion for creativity and innovative thinking.
