The Graduate Technical Analyst will join the Global Customer Support Team at AMCS Group. This role focuses on closely collaborating with customers to comprehend their business operations, analyze workflows, and facilitate the resolution of process and software challenges across the AMCS platform.

This position is perfect for recent graduates in business or IT who possess strong analytical skills, can engage confidently with stakeholders, and are adept at utilizing data and modern tools—including AI—to derive insights and implement solutions. While the role involves some customer-facing issue resolution, the primary emphasis is on analysis, understanding, and enhancement rather than traditional support.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to gain insights into their business workflows, operational processes, and utilization of the AMCS platform, constructing a detailed understanding of their environment and requirements.

  • Analyze business processes to detect inefficiencies, data issues, and misalignments between customer workflows and software behavior.

  • Utilize data querying (SQL) and application monitoring tools to investigate issues, identify patterns, and present actionable insights.

  • Employ AI tools to aid in root-cause analysis, pattern recognition, documentation, and the acceleration of investigative workflows.

  • Convert complex business and technical findings into clear, structured recommendations for both customers and internal product or development teams.

  • Accurately document business processes, issue histories, and resolution outcomes in the CRM and internal knowledge base.

  • Collaborate with product, development, and implementation teams to communicate customer workflow needs and advocate for enhancements.

  • Conduct post-resolution reviews to ensure that solutions address the underlying business problem, rather than just the immediate symptom.

Your Profile
