Qualifications

A strong passion for women's economic empowerment and opportunities. Current enrollment as a full-time or part-time student pursuing a relevant degree. Eligibility to receive academic credit for the internship, with a commitment of 2-3 days a week for a duration of 3 months. Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently. Experience in photo art direction, desktop production, and retail fashion advertising. Prior experience in supporting retail environments is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills; self-motivated with a proactive attitude. Demonstrated strong design style and experience in fashion advertising. Effective communication skills to present information to diverse audiences, both internally and externally. Adaptable and flexible in managing changing priorities and multiple tasks. Strong computer skills, particularly in Windows NT, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant software.

Creating unique design solutions for marketing materials, including in-store seasonal campaigns, comprehensive packaging programs for seasonal products, promotional content, online advertisements, and social media initiatives, under the guidance of the Art Director.
Conceptualizing and executing designs independently as well as collaborating with the Design Director and Copywriters.
Assisting with general administrative tasks, showcasing proficiency in Microsoft Office, and engaging with clients via phone and email.
Taking on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
