As a pivotal member of our team, the GRC Hub Low-Code Process Architect will harness the power of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Hub (GRC Hub) to refine and optimize essential GRC processes. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical implementation team, adeptly translating intricate GRC requirements into efficient, scalable low-code solutions. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing operational efficiency, improving data quality, and minimizing manual efforts across diverse GRC domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business models and specific requirements of GRC stakeholders, including compliance officers, risk managers, and legal teams.
- Work closely with process owners to convert business needs into standardized, efficient, system-supported processes within the GRC Hub.
- Design and configure a variety of GRC processes, ranging from simple approval workflows to complex multi-stage processes with conditional logic and data manipulations.
- Define and maintain data models within the GRC Hub to ensure data integrity and facilitate effective reporting.
- Create reusable components and templates within the GRC Hub to foster standardization and expedite future implementations.
- Consider scalability, security, and performance implications during the design and configuration phases.
- Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of governance standards for GRC Hub configuration and development.
- Refine requirements, configure/coding solutions within the low-code platform, and conduct comprehensive testing.
- Collaborate actively with the existing team of GRC specialists, sharing knowledge and fostering a cohesive development environment.
- Manage feedback and inform relevant internal teams about continuous improvement opportunities for the GRC Hub product/service.
- Align with process experts to ensure consistent procedural and technical application.
