At Relay, our Banking Platform serves as the backbone of our services, facilitating everything from money transfers to account management and collaboration with financial partners. As the Group Product Manager for the Banking Platform, you will spearhead the product strategy, operational framework, and execution for this platform, ensuring its robust scalability while providing seamless and intuitive experiences for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of 4-5 Product Managers, guiding them in establishing clear objectives for ownership, decision-making, and measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for charting the course across multiple product teams, prioritizing initiatives effectively, and ensuring that all teams contribute to significant customer and business outcomes. Collaboration with Engineering, Design, Risk, and Operations teams will be vital to balance customer value, platform integrity, and compliance as Relay continues to grow.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, excels in leading through influence and mentorship, and possesses the ability to distill complex systems into user-friendly, customer-centric products.
Please note that we operate in a hybrid model, collaborating in the office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday).
