We are on the lookout for a seasoned Group Product Manager / Head of Product to take charge of our ERP product group. In this pivotal leadership role, you will define the product vision and oversee the team responsible for the systems that support Emma’s essential business processes, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, these products are integral to how Emma plans, acquires, sells, fulfills, and manages its operations globally.
Your responsibilities will include managing a team of 1-2 Product Managers and Functional Managers, setting strategic direction across all three ERP domains, and serving as the primary liaison between technology and the business functions that depend on these systems.
Note: This is a remote position available for candidates based in Germany or Portugal.
