What You Will Achieve:Develop a comprehensive product strategy that balances diverse priorities and user needs across various customer segments and enterprise compliance. Engage in negotiations with partner teams to drive innovation in mobile and create a compelling roadmap focused on delivering customer value. Collaborate closely with Product Design to enhance the quality of our mobile offerings continuously. Utilize a data-driven approach to establish clear goals and milestones. Work with engineering, design, and other functions to execute roadmaps efficiently and effectively. About You:Over 10 years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role. A background in mobile product development, particularly with complex data models and human-centered UX, along with B2B platform or enterprise experience is preferred. A systems thinker comfortable with technical modeling and collaboration with design stakeholders.

As a Group Product Manager specializing in mobile applications, you will leverage over 7 years of product management experience to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges. Your passion for cross-functional collaboration will drive you to work alongside engineering, design, user research, product marketing, and leadership, along with our talented PM team, to enhance mobile experiences and capabilities.

This position is based in our Warsaw office, following a hybrid work schedule: in-office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with work-from-home options on Wednesdays and some flexibility on Fridays based on job responsibilities. Your recruiter can provide further details on in-office requirements.
