About the Position and Role Mission
Your primary focus will be to enhance Inter’s Credit products. This role intersects Growth, Performance Marketing, Data, and CRM, with a strong connection to Product Marketing Management. Practically, this means leading initiatives that accelerate acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue through ongoing campaigns, tests, and optimizations.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring dashboards and identifying deviations in key funnel metrics. Prioritizing daily adjustments based on impact on results.
- Optimizing campaigns, adjusting segmentation, creatives, and analyzing user behavior.
- Identifying friction points in the workflow and designing A/B tests with hypotheses, target metrics, and success criteria.
- Coordinating CRM journeys (onboarding, re-engagement, upsell).
