About the Role and Mission
You will be an integral part of our International Growth team, directly involved in growth strategies for Inter’s Global Account, ensuring qualified acquisitions, cross-selling, and base activation.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Monitoring user flow and navigation performance, analyzing each channel's results, ensuring deliverables and necessary evolutions while maintaining a 360-degree view. Making data-driven decisions in collaboration with the business area and ensuring the squad aligns with product strategies.
- Optimizing acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue funnels, ensuring impactful deliverables while managing each step of the customer lifecycle.
- Managing complex negotiation scenarios in Growth, where acceptance criteria are not always evident, using analytical and financial insights to justify decisions.
- Leading opportunities and enhancing communication flows based on data, always aligned with our strategic goals.
