The Opportunity
Join Freeplay as a Growth & GTM Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, scaling, and managing our go-to-market engine. Reporting directly to the GTM Lead and collaborating closely with our CEO, you'll engage in high-impact projects that drive pipeline, demand, and conversion through systematic experimentation and a rigorous approach.
Your responsibilities will include building systems that generate demand, optimizing conversion rates, and establishing a highly efficient go-to-market strategy. One week, you might implement growth experiments; the next, you could be overhauling order forms and invoicing processes. Every initiative you undertake should either minimize manual effort or enhance pipeline and revenue.

Your Mission
In your role as our Growth & GTM Engineer, you will establish the data foundations, signals, automations, and experiments that transform chaotic go-to-market workflows into a scalable revenue-generating engine:
Leverage intent signals, enrichment data, and routing logic to create high-quality target lists, ensuring that SDRs and AEs engage with the right opportunities at optimal times.
Develop automated GTM workflows—ranging from list refreshes to timely follow-ups—so that opportunities are acted upon swiftly and effectively.
Prototype and launch growth experiments, from ABM strategies to lead magnets. Embrace a fast-paced testing environment to quickly identify and amplify successful tactics.
Streamline GTM and sales processes by crafting automations that replace manual tasks with scalable workflows.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that experiments, systems, and messaging work in harmony.
Own high-impact projects across the Growth & GTM spectrum—from invoicing systems to YouTube retargeting—and manage them from inception to completion.
Design and uphold clean, automated data pipelines across platforms like HubSpot, Snowflake, Clay, n8n, and others, ensuring all funnel metrics are reliable.
