About the Role
As a Growth Intern, you will be an integral part of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer support. You will engage directly with customers and play a significant role in contributing to various essential aspects of our startup. What You'll Do
- Assist in executing effective go-to-market strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Utilize HubSpot and other analytical tools to assess customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and streamline processes.
- Conduct research on target segments and generate outbound leads.
- Support the launch of innovative marketing campaigns to attract inbound leads.
What You'll Bring
- A genuine interest in customer relations, sales, and building connections.
- A foundational understanding of technology sales and software products.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- The capability to deliver outstanding customer service and establish rapport with clients.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM systems) and Zapier.
- Relevant internship or work experience.
