The Role: Growth Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Growth Lead who will take charge of our paid acquisition efforts across Meta and Google platforms, while also driving innovative performance creative strategies. This role is highly hands-on and requires an individual ready to dive into execution rather than merely managing agency relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently build and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Develop comprehensive testing roadmaps.
- Provide direction for high-converting creative briefs.
- Conduct in-depth performance analyses to make informed decisions.
- Oversee profitable customer acquisition and facilitate scalable growth.
Your Ownership Areas
1. Paid Media Execution (Meta + Google)
- Strategically plan and manage budgets across both platforms.
- Structure accounts for effective testing and scaling initiatives.
- Develop and implement retargeting and prospecting strategies.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on a daily/weekly basis.
- Manage metrics such as CAC, AOV, and LTV: CAC targets.
2. Creative Strategy & Performance Briefing
- Create a structured roadmap for creative testing (including hooks, angles, and formats).
- Craft clear, conversion-oriented creative briefs for designers and UGC creators.
- Collaborate with the brand to ensure that performance creatives maintain a premium feel.
- Analyze creative performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop, CVR) in detail.
- Continuously iterate and enhance winning concepts.
3. Testing & Experimentation
- Design structured tests for offers, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Establish a hypothesis-driven experimentation framework.
- Identify scalable winning strategies while distinguishing from one-off successes.
- Focus on enhancing overall efficiency.
4. Reporting & Insights
- Lead weekly and monthly growth reporting efforts.
- Track performance metrics at both channel and blended levels.
- Identify key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CVR shifts).
- Translate analytical data into clear, strategic recommendations.
Indicators of Success
- Consistent, scalable acquisition of new customers.
- Effective CAC management within target parameters.
- High creative testing velocity.
- Clear insights into drivers of incremental growth.
Who You Are:
- 5–8+ years of experience in DTC media buying.
- Proven hands-on expertise in media buying on Meta and Google.
- Possess a strong creative intuition coupled with analytical rigor.
- Passionate about testing and iterative improvement.
- Ability to operate independently in a less structured environment.
- Understanding of premium brand positioning beyond discount-driven growth.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience scaling fashion or apparel brands.
- Strong understanding of merchandising impacts on paid media.
- Experience collaborating with creators and UGC pipelines.
