Key Responsibilities:CRM/DRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement lifecycle campaigns for passengers and partners, covering onboarding, activation, reactivation, retention, and overall engagement across multiple channels (in-app, push notifications, email, SMS). Segmentation & Personalization: Create dynamic segmentation models using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and behavioral data to customize messaging, incentives, and experiences, enhancing engagement and loyalty on both sides of the marketplace. Performance Analysis: Regularly track CRM/DRM performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements and optimizing campaign ROI through data-informed iterations. Continuous Experimentation: Conduct A/B, multivariate, incentive, and journey tests to identify key growth levers across user and partner lifecycles. Marketplace Metrics Monitoring: Analyze critical marketplace metrics to identify friction points and opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, reactivation, and retention. Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics and funnel modeling to enhance conversion efficiency throughout the user/partner journey. Incrementality Testing: Implement incrementality and cohort analyses to gauge the true impact of growth initiatives and inform resource allocation. Data-Driven Strategy Development: Transform insights into clear, actionable strategies that guide leadership decisions and foster sustainable marketplace growth. Growth Playbook Creation: Develop scalable growth playbooks to codify strategies and ensure consistent execution.
