Role overview
The Growth Manager (Web) role brings together data analysis, campaign optimization, creative strategy, and partnership management. This position helps shape Codeway’s performance marketing and contributes directly to company direction.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end marketing: Take full responsibility for a web product’s marketing, including user acquisition strategies from start to finish.
- Manage the creative pipeline: Generate and test ideas, propose hypotheses, oversee execution, and provide feedback.
- Run and optimize campaigns: Oversee and improve campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and others.
- Build external partnerships: Develop relationships with partners and agencies, and coordinate with ad network teams.
- Leverage data and dashboards: Design and track BI dashboards, monitor insights, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs as they scale.
- Collaborate with product: Work closely with product teams to understand user motivations and help shape monetization strategies.
- Drive growth initiatives: Lead additional projects that support company goals.
