Qualifications

Lead Generation Strategy Development: Formulate and enhance lead generation strategies for Boltline, focusing on content creation, SEO, social media campaigns, webinars, and events tailored to attract qualified prospects in advanced hardware sectors. Inbound Campaign Execution: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (including LinkedIn content, blog posts, podcasts, and virtual events) aimed at generating significant inbound leads, particularly during the awareness and interest phases of the buyer journey. Channel Performance Measurement: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of lead generation channels using metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and ROI; identify high-performing channels (e.g., social media, content syndication, email newsletters) and adjust budgets accordingly. Content & Social Media Management: Supervise the creation and distribution of impactful content (including whitepapers, case studies, and infographics) while managing social media platforms to enhance community engagement and drive organic traffic. Event Strategy & Participation: Develop and manage participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to capture leads, which includes pre-event marketing, on-site lead capture, and post-event follow-up to ensure measurable ROI. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Stoke Space marketing teams to synchronize lead generation efforts with overarching go-to-market strategies, ensuring a seamless transition of inbound leads to sales. Tools & Analytics Integration: Utilize analytics tools to enhance performance tracking and optimization across marketing initiatives.

Job Overview

We are in search of a versatile and experienced Growth Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in demand generation and growth marketing. This role will focus on establishing a robust lead generation framework for our cloud-based software platform, Boltline. The position entails strategic planning in close partnership with our Sales & Product teams, coupled with hands-on execution in areas such as content development, SEO, campaigns, webinars, and events. We are open to candidates located in the Seattle and Los Angeles areas.
