What You'll OwnPaid Acquisition Performance: Oversee performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms, in collaboration with agency teams. Creative Strategy: Lead the creative direction for performance marketing, including messaging, copy testing, creator briefs, and design. Funnel Optimization: Manage the entire funnel from initial contact to lead, conversion, and reactivation. Lifecycle Marketing: Develop strategies for pre-purchase engagement and reactivation of churned members. Experimentation Roadmap: Design and execute testing across channels, creatives, landing pages, and lifecycle flows. Core Growth Metrics: Monitor and optimize metrics including CAC, payback, conversion rates, and channel efficiency. What You'll DoEstablish and implement paid media strategies aligned with growth objectives and unit economics. Analyze attribution, conversion, and cohort data to pinpoint growth opportunities. Collaborate with creative, product, and agency teams to produce high-impact ad concepts and landing experiences. Develop and prioritize testing roadmaps across various channels, creatives, and lifecycle flows.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to take charge of the vital components of Found's consumer growth strategy.
This pivotal, cross-functional role sits at the convergence of paid acquisition, creative strategy, customer lifecycle management, and conversion optimization. You will be tasked with enhancing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), payback periods, and member growth throughout the sales funnel, collaborating closely with agency partners, internal teams, and executive leadership. Achieving success in this role within your first 6-12 months will involve improving CAC efficiency, boosting lead-to-conversion ratios, and implementing innovative creative and channel strategies that yield quantifiable member growth.
You will report directly to the VP of Strategy, BizOps & Growth and play a crucial role in shaping how Found attracts and converts hundreds of thousands of future members.
