Role overview
Textio is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help establish and expand a new growth engine as the company transitions to a product-led approach. The focus is on shaping marketing strategy, building systems for consistent growth, and ensuring Lavalier, Textio’s AI co-pilot for interviewing, reaches the right audience and drives conversions. This position works closely with the VP of Marketing and leads projects from strategy through creative execution and measurement.
Key responsibilities
- Growth strategy: Pinpoint the most impactful channels, experiments, and metrics to drive Lavalier’s success.
- Storytelling: Create compelling narratives for acquisition channels, including email, paid and organic social, SEO/AEO, and partnerships.
- Content creation: Develop ad copy, email sequences, landing pages, blog posts, and social content tailored to the target audience.
- Campaign development: Generate campaign concepts and collaborate with designers and video leads to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
- AI tools: Apply AI to enhance efficiency and quality in growth marketing efforts.
- User journey optimization: Improve website and landing pages to increase conversion rates.
- Experimentation: Design and execute marketing experiments to drive acquisition and conversion, refining tactics based on results.
- Measurement framework: Establish and track key metrics to define growth success across all channels.
