Your Role
As a Growth Strategy Data Analyst Intern, you will become a vital part of the Analytics & Performance team, collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing team to propel HelloFresh's growth in France.
Your role will involve acting as a data partner to business stakeholders, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that inform key strategic and marketing investment decisions, as well as enhance customer lifecycle strategies.
Your contributions will directly influence essential growth levers, including customer acquisition, retention, pricing strategies, and website optimization.
This position blends business analysis, experimentation, and data modeling, offering you comprehensive exposure to how data informs decision-making within a burgeoning company.

Your Impact
You will leverage modern analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets, along with internal data pipelines to analyze extensive datasets and support data-driven strategies across the Growth team.
Conduct impactful analyses:
- Perform in-depth analyses on critical growth areas such as customer acquisition, retention, pricing strategies, discount optimization, and marketing channel performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance conversion rates, marketing efficiency, and customer lifetime value.
- Translate intricate data into clear, actionable recommendations for our business stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders:
- Work alongside Growth Marketing managers and team leads to facilitate strategic decision-making.
