Key ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of sales enablement initiatives. Create onboarding programs for Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives that significantly reduce ramp-up time. Collaborate with Sales and Product leadership to assess training needs regarding product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights. Establish and maintain a metrics framework to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on sales performance. Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure optimal utilization of tools like Outreach, Attention, and Salesforce. Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to refine case studies, product demonstrations, and competitive insights.
