The Role
At Samotics, we navigate complex industrial markets characterized by lengthy sales cycles and diverse stakeholder groups.
To facilitate our global scaling, we require systems capable of transforming chaotic industrial markets into organized pipelines.
We are in search of a GTM Engineer who will design and construct these systems.
You will develop the commercial operating system for Samotics, integrating market intelligence, automation, CRM infrastructure, and AI workflows to empower our commercial teams in identifying the right companies, engaging the right stakeholders, and generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
This role is fundamentally about building , you won’t just operate tools; you will create the systems.
Your Challenge
1. Develop the Market Intelligence Engine
Design innovative systems that map global industrial markets and pinpoint the appropriate accounts and stakeholders.
Examples of your work will involve:
Mapping industrial markets across sectors such as water utilities, chemicals, heavy industry, and oil & gas.
Creating automated workflows to identify ideal customer profile (ICP) companies.
Mapping buying groups and stakeholders within targeted accounts.
Maintaining continuously enriched datasets of account intelligence.
Translating complex enterprise structures into actionable insights.
