About The Role:
We are searching for a GTM Engineer who will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects from inception to execution while collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership. Responsibilities:
Lead the comprehensive implementation of GTM Operations projects across our technology stack, taking full ownership from concept to delivery.
Ensure data integrity, system functionality, and efficient workflows throughout our tech ecosystem (beyond just CRM).
Empower the marketing team to effectively engage with prospects and customers at scale while adhering to best practices in domain health and enrichment.
Enhance marketing attribution processes (first-touch and last-touch), including tracking standards and reporting structures.
Develop and refine “source of truth” models that accurately reflect prospect activity through the conversion funnel (lead to opportunity to customer).
Assist in revenue recognition for closed-won deals, including process management, data flows, reporting, and necessary exports.
Oversee tools outside of the CRM that facilitate scalable outbound marketing efforts (email and LinkedIn), ensuring compliance and responsible practices.
