This Analyst position is crucial for the performance of our EMEA operations.
You will be responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of our sales processes—ensuring accurate lead distribution, effective Rules of Engagement, high data quality, and reliable reporting. A well-executed role will foster trust among sellers in the system, confidence in leadership regarding the data, and improved revenue performance.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to integrating AI-driven signal and intent scoring into our book building, Total Addressable Market (TAM) expansion, and account prioritization efforts, enhancing resource allocation and identifying growth opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Ensure the integrity of lead distribution and routing across EMEA.
- Consistently manage and adjudicate Rules of Engagement (ROE) with sound judgment.
- Maintain clean territory structures and account alignments within Salesforce.
- Drive advancements in data quality and customer insights.
- Quickly resolve operational challenges and proactively enhance workflows.
Your contributions will be evident in the smooth operation of the EMEA sales business on a daily basis.
Business Improvement
- Create dashboards and reports to track operational health and performance.
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions.
- Support strategy formulation for resource allocation and growth opportunity identification.
