Join Our Team as a Guest Experience Host!
At CAMP, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and versatile individual to enhance our guests' experiences! As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers through immersive performances while also driving retail sales and delivering exceptional service throughout our store.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Immersive Performance & Guided Play
- Performance Delivery: Master and present scripted dialogues and improvisational content within our engaging experience areas.
- Facilitating Play: Lead interactive programming and play-based activities such as Toy Demos, Crafts, and Slime sessions, ensuring a vibrant and energetic atmosphere for guests of all ages.
- Hosting & Direction: Act as a Character Host to manage guest flow during character meet-and-greet events, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Engagement & Adaptation: Tailor experiences to suit various age groups and sizes, embodying a spirit of fun and playfulness to immerse guests fully.
Retail Sales & Customer Service
- Sales Support: Drive retail sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they have a magical shopping experience.
- Guest Interaction: Provide outstanding service, answer questions, and assist guests with purchases, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
