Role Overview
As a key member of the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) team at Swarm Aero, you will spearhead the development of advanced control systems for our innovative aircraft. You will play a pivotal role in establishing the processes and tools required for vehicle modeling and GNC algorithm advancement, as well as be a crucial contributor to the testing and validation phases of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and refine algorithms for flight control, payload management, and autonomous operations.
Develop and enhance design and analysis tools to optimize workflow efficiency and ensure quality outcomes.
Elevate simulation models by integrating higher fidelity definitions to support GNC development and testing.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of GNC systems through simulations, subscale models, ground trials, and full-scale flight tests.
