Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement innovative environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical testing solutions for ground antenna electronics and payload. Conduct thorough failure analysis of ground antenna hardware, pinpointing root causes of issues and implementing corrective measures. Select commercial off-the-shelf hardware or design custom PCBAs to accurately measure signals, apply flight-like loads, and power units under evaluation. Provide hands-on support for hardware throughout the design qualification process, production ramp-up, and ground network deployment. Collaborate closely with engineers from related disciplines (mechanical, thermal, software, test engineering, supply chain, silicon design) to deliver highly integrated, high-performance hardware. Conduct electrical bench testing for failures to replicate and clarify anomalies for mitigation.

You will work at the convergence of multiple engineering disciplines, electrical, mechanical, thermal analysis, software, and antenna engineering, ensuring our ground antenna hardware can withstand extreme environmental conditions while delivering reliable communication for millions globally.
