While we are unable to disclose extensive details at this stage, our team is dedicated to solving complex engineering challenges to create revolutionary products.

About the Role

With our core sensing technology validated, we are progressing from research prototypes to a market-ready product.

We are seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead hardware execution across various domains including electrical, mechanical, RF, firmware, manufacturing, and operations. This individual will be responsible for the comprehensive program plan from start to finish, ensuring teams remain aligned on milestones, manage trade-offs, and deliver hardware that meets reliability, testability, and manufacturability standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete hardware program plan from initial concept through prototype development, EVT/DVT/PVT phases, production ramp-up, and final launch.

  • Develop and sustain the integrated master schedule encompassing hardware, firmware, manufacturing testing, supply chain, and operations.

  • Drive efficient execution patterns: organize weekly cross-functional meetings, conduct milestone reviews, and maintain decision logs.

  • Manage cross-team dependencies, identify critical paths, and ensure that tasks are sequenced effectively to mitigate program risks.

  • Implement program management essentials:

    • Maintain risk registers, track issues, propose mitigations, and establish escalation paths.

    • Conduct readiness reviews and develop phase-gate checklists.

    • Manage change control concerning requirements, scope, and scheduling.

  • Collaborate with engineering leads to translate product vision into precise requirements, interfaces, and acceptance criteria.

  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers, ODMs, and key suppliers throughout the design, build, test, and yield improvement processes.

  • Provide clear status updates to leadership regarding progress, trade-offs, risks, and resource requirements.

  • Enhance documentation quality to ensure knowledge sharing and durability of decisions.
