Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesOversee the assembly and deployment of Path Robotics products. Build and integrate mechanical and electrical systems. Engage in light fabrication tasks such as cutting, bending, drilling, and welding of test components. Address general facility requests and maintain a neat workspace through 5S practices. Who You AreYou possess technical training, trade school certification, an Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Hands-on experience in designing, assembling, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems is preferred (experience with Polyworks and FARO is a plus). You have a background in fabrication or machine shop environments. Detail-oriented and experienced with working on small and delicate components. Passionate about your work and enjoy collaborating with a team. Eager to learn and grow within your field, embracing a continuous improvement mindset. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and quickly adjusting to changing priorities.

As a Hardware Technician, you will play a vital role in constructing state-of-the-art hardware. This hands-on position involves working with various tools and hardware assemblies, contributing to the future of manufacturing. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with hardware engineers on process enhancements and design feedback. Adaptability to dynamic business conditions and support for diverse operational activities will be essential in this role!
