The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a dynamic leader to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts. You will play a crucial role in scaling our brand and driving growth.


You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Managing all paid advertising channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic ads

  • Developing performance creative strategies and establishing testing frameworks

  • Optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across France, UK, Germany, and Spain

  • Conducting attribution analysis and acquisition analytics

  • Enhancing our referral program in collaboration with the Lifecycle Lead

  • Being the first media buying hire within the first 6 months


Success Indicators in 6 Months:

  • Monthly paid advertising spend increased from €50K to €150K+ with CAC maintained at ≤ €85

  • Successful launch of paid campaigns in the UK market (May 2026) with CAC at ≤ €90

  • Establishing a creative testing engine producing 20+ new creatives monthly with a launch speed of under 48 hours

  • Implementing an attribution framework that accurately reflects cross-channel performance


Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience managing paid media budgets of at least €100K+/month (Meta and Google minimum)

  • Proven track record in scaling Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or subscription acquisitions in Europe

  • Ability to build dashboards and work directly within ad platforms, strategy and execution are both essential

  • Strong understanding of CAC/LTV metrics instead of merely focusing on reach and impressions

  • A player-coach mentality: capable of developing strategies as well as executing them
