The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a dynamic leader to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts. You will play a crucial role in scaling our brand and driving growth.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Managing all paid advertising channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic ads
Developing performance creative strategies and establishing testing frameworks
Optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across France, UK, Germany, and Spain
Conducting attribution analysis and acquisition analytics
Enhancing our referral program in collaboration with the Lifecycle Lead
Being the first media buying hire within the first 6 months
Success Indicators in 6 Months:
Monthly paid advertising spend increased from €50K to €150K+ with CAC maintained at ≤ €85
Successful launch of paid campaigns in the UK market (May 2026) with CAC at ≤ €90
Establishing a creative testing engine producing 20+ new creatives monthly with a launch speed of under 48 hours
Implementing an attribution framework that accurately reflects cross-channel performance
Who We Are Looking For:
Experience managing paid media budgets of at least €100K+/month (Meta and Google minimum)
Proven track record in scaling Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or subscription acquisitions in Europe
Ability to build dashboards and work directly within ad platforms, strategy and execution are both essential
Strong understanding of CAC/LTV metrics instead of merely focusing on reach and impressions
A player-coach mentality: capable of developing strategies as well as executing them
