Role Overview
We are forming a dynamic team characterized by high standards, humility, and a passion for excellence. As the Head of Growth at Usul, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations towards a global IPO. You'll be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies that harness our current momentum to fuel further expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee Usul’s comprehensive growth infrastructure, orchestrating both outbound and inbound strategies that enhance visibility and generate leads among commercial and government buyers.
- Design and manage outbound initiatives using tools such as Clay, Amplemarket, and Apollo, focusing on list building, enrichment, sequencing, and personalization at scale.
- Create inbound workflows utilizing tools like Default to capture and convert interest from digital channels, events, and content into a qualified sales pipeline.
- Continuously optimize landing pages and conversion pathways, customizing messaging for diverse audiences, including commercial and government sectors.
- Lead SEO initiatives from start to finish, including keyword research, content strategy, and on-page optimization to attract government acquisition and defense technology buyers.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align growth strategies with product development and innovation.
