Role Overview

We seek a Head of Talent to establish a robust recruiting and HR foundation that will facilitate our next phase of growth. This position will be instrumental in developing the systems, processes, and culture necessary for rapid and sustainable team expansion.

You will architect a scalable people infrastructure encompassing recruiting, HR operations, and the supportive systems, allowing our team to focus on ambitious goals. This role is both strategic and hands-on, driving hiring excellence, operational clarity, and fostering a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Team Collaboration: This role requires in-office presence five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of recruiting and HR operations, from developing talent pipelines to ensuring effective onboarding and retention.

  • Manage the recruiting team and external agencies to ensure hiring pace aligns with business objectives.

  • Design and enhance a total rewards framework, aligning compensation, benefits, and performance cycles with our growth strategy and talent philosophy.

  • Streamline recruiting and HR operations to minimize the time hiring managers dedicate to these processes through scalability and automation.

  • Collaborate with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and cultivate proactive, predictable talent pipelines.

  • Shape and champion our culture, ensuring our values, accountability, and connection strengthen as we grow.
