Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with extensive experience in Healthcare IT to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of healthcare technologies and project management principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate project team members to foster accountability and proactive engagement.
- Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to the established Project Implementation Document (PID).
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive Project Implementation Plans.
- Create and maintain the Project Plan and Quality Plan.
- Formulate and manage the Communications Plan effectively.
- Develop resource planning to align with project goals.
- Advocate for the Implementation Team's needs during the pre-sales phase.
- Conduct resource planning and management to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the project budget efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures and policies among project team members.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope as required.
- Facilitate communication among project team members and provide stakeholders with progress updates.
- Lead post-go-live support handover activities.
- Conduct 'lessons learned' sessions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compile and produce the Project Closure Report.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven track record in Project Management, particularly in delivering integrated Healthcare solutions.
- Full project lifecycle experience including initiation, execution, go-live, and closure.
- Direct healthcare knowledge or a minimum of 3 years of experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is highly desirable.
- Experience in resource management, time tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Understanding of hospital procedures, standard practices, and organizational structure.
- Prior experience as an end user of integrated health systems.
- Clinical background, preferably as a user of TrakCare or similar HIS applications.
