This role is pivotal in transforming financial, grant, procurement, and supply chain data while collaborating closely with business teams to develop meaningful insights and reporting solutions.This exempt position will evolve from active project work to ongoing maintenance and support once the project is successfully completed.Key ResponsibilitiesDuring the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project, your responsibilities will include:Leading your team in identifying and rectifying incomplete, incorrect, or irrelevant data within finance, grants, supply chain, and reporting datasets.Conducting thorough research and analysis of existing data to inform conversion strategies.Guiding the conversion team in designing and mapping datasets from legacy systems to the new environment.Ensuring data integrity by overseeing the reconciliation of converted data.Preparing and staging data for conversion processes.Documenting and managing conversion matrices, templates, outputs, and scripts.Participating in regression testing to validate the accuracy of data conversions.Conducting data quality assessments and normalization operations.Creating and interpreting analytics models and reports.Developing actionable insights and presenting them to stakeholders and leadership.Reviewing and approving final reports and data analyses.Upon deployment of the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project, you will spearhead enhancement initiatives and new development efforts.
